Besides individual assessment and development work with doctors and other healthcare practitioners, she has been involved in team facilitation with many consultant only, and multi-disciplinary teams, in the acute sector. She has worked with GP surgeries to facilitate the resolution of problem partnerships. Megan also works as a mediator focusing on conflict resolution between individuals. Her experience has been gained in a wide variety of organisations in the private sector in both the UK and abroad, including the US and South Korea. Prior to her work as a psychologist she was a high school teacher and a management consultant.
