DescriptionThe Vital Conversations workshop is about identifying and engaging in those conversations that are vital and yet often very difficult. Delegates will learn not just new skills but also a mindset and step-by-step process to build confidence, self awareness and capability in this key leadership competency.

Aled Davies is an experienced Mediator, Facilitator and Executive Coach. He first cut his teeth as a mediator in South Africa in 1996, where he trained with the Centre for Conflict Resolution in Cape Town. Since then, Aled has been involved in resolving intractable conflicts across a variety of areas including conflict at work, commercial and community mediation. Aled has also trained hundreds of mediators, and has written an E-book on the subject of ‘Difficult Conversations’ that has been downloaded by over 22, 000 people.
