DescriptionDr Megan Joffe PhD CPsychol AFBPsS, is a Chartered (Clinical) and a registered (Clinical and Occupational) Psychologist. For the last nine years she has worked exclusively with doctors. She has a particular interest in the context and environment in which doctors work and how these can facilitate or hinder constructive behaviour. Besides individual assessment and development work with doctors and other healthcare practitioners, she has been involved in team facilitation with many consultant only, and multi-disciplinary teams, in the acute sector. She has worked with GP surgeries to facilitate the resolution of problem partnerships. Megan also works as a mediator focusing on conflict resolution between individuals. Her experience has been gained in a wide variety of organisations in the private sector in both the UK and abroad, including the US and South Korea. Prior to her work as a psychologist she was a high school teacher and a management consultant.

  1. Have examined the role of behaviour in performance
