Mr. Nigel Faiers – Trainer and Owner of Faiers Training Limited, has worked in the care and support sector since 1988, including 8 years at a senior management level. Up until 2003, Nigel managed a large portfolio of nursing/care homes, supported living, domiciliary care provision and floating support services for a Housing Association. He is a qualified trainer and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Nigel has been delivering training full-time across England and Scotland since 2003, including training the trainer courses for a leading Abuse Awareness charity.
