Description: This evening is entirely devoted to Dental Nurses and Student Dental Nurses. These monthly meetings have been set up for Dental Nurses in the south region (Ox/Bucks/Berks/Hamps/I.O.W) to aid networking, sharing ideas through open discussion, support wellbeing and empower Dental Nurses to progress and further their career if they wish to do so. This will be delivered via MS Teams Webinar. There will be an hour's CPD, following this will be an open forum and peer review discussion chaired by our guest speaker Dr Debbie Reed and the facilitating Tutor. GDC Outcome B. Between January 2023 and March 2023 over 3500 Dental Nurses responded to the comprehensive ‘Dental Nurse Retention Survey’. Dental Nurse Retention Report 2023 was published back in October (2023). The document, freely available on ResearchGate, provides a comprehensive overview. Today Dr Debbie Reed will share some of the key findings.
