The first session will introduce Neurobox and an overview on the course before focussing on: • What is a Neurodiversity? The language surrounding this • Each Neurotype and associated strengths & challenges • How can neurodivergence affect someone in the workplace? • What are reasonable adjustments? • How can you support postgraduate doctors and dentists in training and your colleagues?
