Description: NHS South-West Managed Clinical Network for Urgent Care Dentistry invites you to a FREE interactive evening event to discuss the management and treatment of urgent and emergency care patients with the focus on managing expectations of patients not known to the practice or the performer. The session will update knowledge of dental anxiety and how anxiety affects both clinical teams and service users and will also describe how to use simple techniques to improve experiences and outcomes.
