Refund policy
Places on courses are limited and therefore the course provider operates a cancellation and refund policy. From the time of purchase up-to SIX weeks before the date of the course the user is eligible for a full credit. The total amount paid for the course is credited to the users Maxcourse account immediately. If the user requires a refund then a refund request for the full amount is forwarded electronically to the course administrator. All eligible requests for refunds should be processed usually within 14 working days of the request.
No refund will be made for bookings cancelled in the SIX weeks before the course date. In exceptional circumstances and only at the discretion of the course administrator the user may be offered a credit to the user account that may include a charge for administration.
No refund will be made for non-attendance on the course.
Course cancellation or postponement
In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled the course administrator endeavours to inform each booked user as soon as possible. All course fees are credited to the user account. Users will be aware that we are unable to reimburse any costs that may have incurred no matter what these costs may be.
Where the course is postponed and the date is not convenient the user is entitled to a full course credit, refund upon request as above.
