Description: This is an intensive CPD course with seminars and hands-on practice on the use of rubber dam, safe irrigation, ideal access design, Rotary Endodontics, alternative obturation techniques and re-root canal treatment focusing on trouble-shooting tips. Consideration is given to managing deep carious lesions, re-RCT, biodentine/MTA applications. The course provides valuable insights into modern root canal treatment procedures, using evidence-based standard operating procedures. Professor Baysan Aylin Baysan, BDS, MSc.(Lond), PhD (Lond), MFDS RCSEd, SFHEA, FRSA, MEndo RCSEd, FDTFEd is Professor of Cariology in relation to Minimally Invasive Dentistry (MID) at Queen Mary University of London. Prof Baysan is a specialist in Prosthodontics and Endodontics, and an internationally recognised researcher. She leads the QMUL Endodontics programme, and is an external examiner for the MSc in Endodontics and Implant Dentistry at Warwick University

This 1-day tier 2 course is delivered by Unique Training Solutions and is commissioned by Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West and Frimley Integrated Care Boards. The day consists of a half-day session on learning disabilities and a half day session on autism. You need to complete both parts. This training is delivered by an approved Oliver McGowan trainer and co-delivered with an expert with lived experience of learning disabilities and an expert with lived experience of autism. Attendance at this session requires full interaction from learners so that everyone can leave this course with ideas of how to implement and action any knowledge gained. This will support the Oliver McGowan campaign to ensure that every person with a learning disability, and every autistic person, has the right to excellent care and service, wherever they choose to access it.
