Description: The course, run over two consecutive mornings, is an opportunity to refresh our knowledge or periodontal diseases and consider how we can manage these in general dental practice. We will be joined 'virtually' by Sarah Hartridge, who has been teaching periodontology for the past twenty years and is familiar with the challenges faced by those of us working within the NHS. Over the two sessions we will cover screening, assessment, non surgical management, interim care and when we should be considering referral for specialist management.
