1. To support Early Career Dental Professionals -ECDPs develop self-awareness and resilience before problems arise in their professional lives.

2. To help ECDPs to address stress, burnout, and low morale early, before they lead to more serious Fitness to Practise cases.

Objectives

1. To identify stressors and concerns for ECDPs through a pre-intervention questionnaire

2. To help ECDPs understand what preventive coach mentoring is and how it can benefit them.
