Her practice comprises all aspects of the speciality, including dentoalveolar surgery, facial pain, salivary gland disease, facial trauma, jaw deformity surgery, head and neck cancer and reconstructive surgery.

Lecturer profileMr McArdle is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon appointed to University Hospitals NHS Trust in 2001. His special interests include Head and Neck Cancer management and anterior skull base surgery. He is passionate about patient-based quality improvement and completed a health foundation master's in leadership for QI in 2016. He has lectured and taught regionally and internationally. He works currently as Chief Medical Officer and Responsible officer at UHP alongside his work as a Maxillofacial Surgeon with a particular focus on safety and the professional aspects of medical practice.

Lecturer profileSuresh is an Associate specialist in university hospital of Plymouth NHS trust where he has been working from 2009. He has experience of over 20 years in managing maxillofacial trauma. He is an ES for DCTs and has trained oral surgery trainees and junior maxillofacial trainees in management of facial trauma. Along with management of facial trauma, he also provides complex bone grafting and dental implant therapy for oncology/hypodontia patients with his restorative colleagues.
