Lecturer profileAndrea has over 27 years in Dentistry, starting out as qualified dental nurse, and then qualifying as a Dental Hygienist from the Eastman in 2002. She was also awarded the' Oral B award for outstanding patient management & motivation'. In 2011, she qualified as a Dental Practice Manager. She has facilitated many CQC, NHS and BDA inspections. Andrea has vast amount of experience in the world of dentistry, she has worked in both private, NHS and cooperate dentistry and had various professional roles.

Andrea transitioned into coaching in 2020. She gained a Personal Performance Diploma in coaching, endorsed by The International Coaching Federation; She is also a qualified NLP Practitioner and Breathwork instructor. Andrea also has an Award in Education & Training (TQF). She is also trained in counselling skills, and trained to be a bereavement volunteer counsellor for CRUSE.

Andrea is a multidisciplinary coach she works with Dental care professionals on a number of themes both professionally and personally. She is incredible passionate about supporting, empowering fellow DCP’S.
