| Description | This evening is entirely devoted to Dental Nurses and Student Dental Nurses. These monthly meetings have been set up for Dental Nurses in the south region (Ox/Bucks/Berks/Hamps/I.O.W) to give Dental Nurses an ability to network and share ideas through open discussion, support their wellbeing plus be empowered to progress and further their career if they wish to do so. This will be delivered via MS Teams Webinar. There will be an hour's talk followed by Forum discussion. Our speaker Preetee Hylton discusses how suicidal thoughts may be disclosed in dental settings, leaving professionals unsure how to respond. This session offers guidance on responding calmly, knowing when to involve emergency services, understanding confidentiality, and documenting and escalating concerns to protect patient safety and meet legal duties. GDC Outcome A and B. | ||
