Description: This evening is entirely devoted to Dental Nurses and Student Dental Nurses. These monthly meetings have been set up for Dental Nurses in the south region (Ox/Bucks/Berks/Hamps/I.O.W) to give Dental Nurses an ability to network and share ideas through open discussion, support their wellbeing plus be empowered to progress and further their career if they wish to do so. This will be delivered via MS Teams Webinar. There will be an hour's CPD in which our speaker Rebecca Silver joins us for an empowering webinar focused on addressing and overcoming imposter syndrome, a common phenomenon characterised by feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt despite evident success. In this session, we'll explore strategies to recognise, confront, and conquer imposter syndrome, fostering a mindset of confidence and self-assurance in both personal and professional endeavours. GDC Outcome B. Following this will be an open forum and peer review discussion chaired by our guest speaker and the facilitating Tutor.
