Participants will explore how to recognise early signs of stress, create psychologically safe learning environments, and hold effective 1:1s that support development and mental fitness. The session empowers trainers to support residents in building the habits, mindset and coping skills essential whilst working in high-pressure clinical settings and sustaining long-term career fulfilment. |
