Objectives | Define wellbeing and state why it is important as a dental professional List the potential factors in dentistry that may influence wellbeing State some of the tools that can be utilised to support wellbeing and manage stress Explain why it is important to ensure good posture when working Practise some yoga movement to help strengthen and support posture and wellbeing Consider intentions for the future |
