Aims

This webinar aims to enhance participants’ understanding of how to manage dentolegal situations in clinical practice effectively through discussing real life scenarios and case-based learning.

Objectives

By the end of the webinar, participants should be able to:

1. Identify dentolegal dilemmas in clinical practice and ways to manage them

2. Understand their regulatory, legal and ethical obligations as GDC registrants in relation to navigating these situations.

3. Recognise the importance of seeking advice and guidance from their indemnity provider and the support that is available to them.
