Lecturer Details: FREE Lunch and Learn Thriving not Surviving as a Dental Professional

Lecturer nameTejal Doshi
Lecturer profileDr Tejal is dedicated to helping dental professionals rediscover their passion for dentistry.

She qualified as a dentist 10 years ago from Queen Mary University of London.

She works as a General Dental Practitioner in mixed practice and has extensive experience previously working within Community Dental Services and as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. She therefore has a genuine understanding of working in varied dental settings.

She was an Educational Supervisor for four years on the Berkshire scheme (Thames Valley and Wessex Deanery) mentoring Foundation Dentists as well as leading study day sessions.

After experiencing burn out herself, she took a three month sabbatical, which led Dr Tejal to gain a renewed appreciation for the profession and now focuses on helping others reconnect with their purpose, find balance, and lead fulfilling careers.

Dentistry offers incredible opportunities to make a real difference in people’s lives, and Dr Tejal’s mission is to spread positivity and support others in living their best lives inside and outside the profession.
