Aims | To cover the key themes related to a DCT/F2 working in OMFS. We will cover basic principles such as ward round etiquette, A and E – what to expect, cervicofacial infections, facial trauma and interpreting blood results. Practical sessions will include blood taking and suturing techniques – both basic and advanced. |
Objectives | The objective of this day is to recreate common scenarios or themes that an OMFS DCT/F2 may face during their during their OMFS clinical Rotation.
