Reena's portfolio career to date has spanned clinical roles across a variety of dental settings; specialist training in dental public health; and working as a strategic management consultant at Deloitte.

Experience relevant to the topic:
Reena has worked as a dentist in a variety of healthcare settings spanning high street dentistry; community dental services and the hospital sector. She has also worked with rural communities in Nepal and India delivering outreach dental services on a voluntary basis. This has allowed her to fully understand the burden of disease experienced by our most vulnerable population groups.

Reena currently works across health and social care with a variety of system partners to advocate for oral health improvement; reduce oral health inequalities; and drive improvements in oral health services. She has a proven track record in working across the lifecycle of programmes to deliver transformation and change within services; settings and clinical pathways. A number of her projects have been rolled out across the region, and also nationally.
