Lecturer profileJames qualified from Guys Hospital, University of London in 1981 and after a period of hospital service went into practice in 1982. He has always stayed very much up to date gaining further postgraduate qualifications over the years culminating in the Fellowship in 2005, the highest award that the Royal College of Surgeons can bestow. He regularly lectures in the UK and abroad, is a tutor for several Postgraduate Dental Deaneries, was a senior Board Member of the Faculty of General Dental Practice, Royal College of Surgeons of England for 9 years, is a Clinical Audit Facilitator helping other practitioners keep their practices up to required standards, is a Fellowship Examiner for those senior practitioners aiming to advance their skills to the highest levels and is a Course Director on the Diploma/MSc in Restorative Dentistry of the Faculty of General Dental Practice, Royal College of Surgeons of England.
