Aims

Customer service is of huge importance to running a successful business of any size. It has many business benefits including customer loyalty and word of mouth recommendation.  This session will help to understand processes involved in customer service and apply them in their practice.

Objectives

Delegates will:

  • Understand customer care and customer service in context.
  • Be able to identify procedures which do not add to the customer
    experience and consider if they need revision.
  • See patients as customers and understand their wants and needs whilst
    managing expectations.
  • Understand ‘brand power’ and start to build it through effective customer
    service.
