To equip Educational Supervisors with the necessary skills and knowledge in preparation for the Foundation Training Year.

Assess the experience and confidence of their new FD and draw up a training needs analysis.

Monitor their FD during the year using the FT work-based assessment tools.

Use the Foundation Training ePDP.

Plan valuable and relevant tutorials.

Discuss the FD curriculum.

Describe the process of satisfactory completion
