DescriptionThis course is an opportunity to develop your skills to support colleagues who are new to the NHS. This will be an informal day with plenty of time for discussion. Being a mentor is hugely rewarding and a wonderful way to welcome the skills of colleagues form diverse backgrounds into the workforce.

To enable course participants to develop the skills necessary to become Validation Supervisors.

Objectives

- Recognise and Manage inadequate performance. 

Learning outcomes

This course will enable more dentists to consider becoming mentors, so will indirectly provide opportunities for international dental graduates who wish to work in the South West.
