Aims

An improved understanding of domestic violence and abuse (DVA)​

Objectives

Develop an understanding of the extent and impact of domestic abuse and sexual violence across the UK

Recognise domestic abuse and sexual violence as a health issue.

Explore the critical role of the dental team

Identify how patients may present in the dental setting

Give the opportunity for DCT's to present Quality Improvement/Audit projects that they have undertaken in their local departments.

Take part in discussion of QI/Audit as part of a wider audience at the end of each presentation.
