DescriptionThis FREE webinar has been arranged for orthodontic therapists by the SW Orthodontic MCN and will cover the indications for using a rapid maxillary expansion and explain how this can be used in orthodontics. This evening forms part of the orthodontic therapy study group.

The webinar will run from 18.00-19.30 with 45 mins of a lecture and 45 mins SW Ortho Therapy Discussion.

This course is aimed at orthodontic therapists to give a broad overview of Rapid Maxillary Expansion. Orthodontic Therapists work within the dental team, to the prescription of an orthodontist or dentist.

  3. have seen cases (with photographs, radiographs and study models) where RME has been used to correct the malocclusion
