The course will be led by Mike Gregory who qualified as a dental technician prior to becoming a dentist. He lectures to under-graduate and post-graduate students on the topic and is part of a John Beseford peer review group. Participants are encouraged to contact Katherine Sugg ( Katherine.sugg@hee.nhs.uk) with any areas that they would especially like covered. Participants are also encouraged to bring any tricky cases with them.

Aims

1- To understand the fundamentals of denture design and where it can all go wrong.

2- To be able to successfully survey models and realise its importance in denture design.

3- Realise alternative techniques are available for more difficult partial denture cases.
