Subject | Communication skills
Description | This is an interactive workshop style course. Kit and Carol from Cascade are back to build on communication skills learned earlier in the year. This is done by examining personality traits using an adapted version of the Myers Briggs analysis. By understanding yourself, you can appreciate how you will relate to others. By understanding others it will help you relate to them
Additional information | This is a non confrontational session. There is no acting involved but honesty and group participation is essential. This course has reduced fees for members of the dental team as there is no catering provided. However there are shops nearby and also an in house bakery that specialise in sour dough bread. They sell food lunch time and delegates can pre order during the morning on a form provided by the Guildhall team. There is street parking in the surrounding area that is free. The waterfront is just a 10 minute walk away with views to Cornwall and Plymouth Sound.
