Aim: To have knowledge quality improvement and implementation of quality improvement in clinical practice to produce a quality dashboard for your practice which reflects Patient safety/ Effectiveness and Patient experience, that is meaningful to the practice and contributes to CQC Domains 

Objectives

1. To understand Quality Improvement and process of implementing quality improvement

2. To establish what evidence would be available in the practice to provide assurance against each domain standard

3. To decide what evidence could be presented on a dashboard

4. To assess the feasibility of presenting data on a dashboard (number of items/ frequency of update)

5. To agree on the contents of a quality dashboard with your general dental practice and where to be displaced (staff room/ waiting room/both)

6. To construct a dashboard for your individual practice
