DescriptionThis course will provide participants with a sound basis from which to provide endodontics in practice following a modern approach.
Additional information

The course will be lead by Jon Cowie and Gillian Boswell . It will deliver the course outcome using a variety of seminar type presentations, demonstrations and  extensive "hands on" elements. Endodontic typodont teeth will be used for access and canal preparation.

Provide delegates with an update in modern endodontic practice.

Objectives
  1. Understand the rational for root canal treatment.
  2. Understand the importance in case selection and pre-endodontic management.
  3. Access two molar teeth and locate canals effectively.
  4. Understand different canals may require different preparation techniques.
  5. Understand the rationale and importance of irrigation.

Learning Outcome: Achieve an understanding of the basic principles underpinning modern endodontics in General Practice.
