DescriptionThis course is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills to support colleagues who are new to the NHS. This will be an informal day with Jane Moore (Retaining and Returning Advisor, Health Education South West) with plenty of time for discussion. Being a Clinical Support Supervisor is hugely rewarding and a wonderful way to welcome the skills of colleagues from diverse backgrounds into the workforce.

This course will enable the participant to become a Clinical Support Supervisor - to support a dentists working with a conditional performer number (FT by assessment, previously called VT by equivalence)

OUTCOMES

This course will enable more dentists to consider becoming Clinical Support Supervisors, so will indirectly provide opportunities for dentists with conditional performer numbers to work in the South West.
