If you cannot find parking within the Engineers' House specific parking please go into Engineers' House and ask at the main reception for a permit (piece of plywood) which they will give you to place in your car so that you can park on the road outside (this is now residence only parking).

An Update on the management of acute dental injury in children, including safeguarding

Objectives

By the end of the  session delegates should be able to:

Distinguish accidental and non accidental injuy based on history and examination

Recognise and record the type of dental injury based on history and examination

Have an understanding of the protocols if a non -accidental injury is suspected

Have an increased understanding of the risk factors and types of abuse

Prioritise the management of various dental injuries in an emergency situation

Explain the management strategies of dental injuries on the primary and permanent dentition based on current evidence

Understand the long term implications of dental trauma
