Aims

To provide an overview of MI Dentistry and how it can work in all types of practice.

Objectives
By the end of this course, participants should:
1.   Have a broad appreciation of the concepts/rationale behind MI Dentistry
2.   be able to understand and appreciate practical, patient-centred caries management protocols to predictably manage the clinical problem,
3.   be aware of latest investigative and treatment devices / materials / developments in the overall MI management of caries
4.   understand the latest materials technology regarding the above
5.   appreciate the role of the practice team in implementing MI Dentistry in clinical dental practice and potential cost implications (NHS and private practice).
