To give an overview of what is happening with orthodontic manpower and appliance innovation from a personal perspective

Objectives
  • To have looked at what undergraduates learn (based on the Leeds model) and see how orthodontic therapists are changing the delivery of orthodontic services
  • To have seen how mechanics are changing the practice of orthodontics
  • To have reviewed the orthodontic-surgical interface and how surgeons can come to the rescue!
