SubjectCross infection control
DescriptionHaving foreseen that many practitioners and their dental teams will be seeking professional assistance in order to meet best practice goals, Carmel provides a fully comprehensive training programme that addresses virtually all aspects relating to effective cross infection controls within the dental practice. The structure and content of the course has been carefully vetted by Dr. Michael Martin and Dr. Martin Fulford, who will immediately be recognized as leading experts of cross infection control in dentistry. The course extends into many areas, including practical dental practice procedures, together with first hand advice on the suitability of dental surgery decontamination equipment and accessories. The programme will help put in place the necessary policies and procedures that must become a recognised routine within the dental practice and the course also aims to provide all operatives with a clear understanding of the periodic testing of decontamination equipment as described in the HTM01-05 guidelines.
