SubjectCommunication skills
DescriptionThese days more and more dentists , dental care professionals and dental administration staff are expected to speak occasionally in public, at meetings, and often to their team. Sadly, though, public speaking regularly comes at the top of the list of things people fear. However, it’s probably not as scary as a shark attack, plane crash or the Jeremy Kyle show! But, it does seem to get people hot under the collar. Well fear not! This workshop will take away the pain and give you strategies to know what to say and how to say it. You will feel confident and look confident. You will have techniques to help memorise the content of your speech and the confidence to know that, if anything goes wrong, you’ll be fine. The day will be easy going and fun with a sensitive and positive approach.
