DescriptionThis webinar session is designed to help the dental team improve posterior composites with a focus on making better proximal contacts, dealing with the subgingival margin, getting the occlusion correct and minimising the need for aerosols and adjustments. Professor Brian Millar aims to help the dental team by practicing non-cutting, more adhesive dentistry techniques, getting the occlusion right without the need to adjust and polish, while under rubber dam.

Aims

The aim of this session is to teach delegates how to create effective posterior composites with good proximal contacts and correct occlusal contacts, and deal with subgingival margins.

Objectives

By the end of the session:

  2. Delegates should know techniques to improve the proximal contact areas
  3. Delegates should be aware of methods of quickly getting the occlusion correct and minimising the need for aerosols
