  • Why do we have the CQC
  • What is meant by 'outcome'
  • What is meant by compliance and how to measure it
Objectives

By the end of the session participants well be:

  • Aware of current monitoring
  • Able to understand CQC inspections and risk profiling
  • Able to self monitor vital signs and other practice based data
  • Aware of the required documentation and give the right answers to the inspectors.
