Description | This is a lecture / workshop based course covering the protection of children and vulnerable adults. Issues relating to competency and the Mental Capacity Act will be addressed. The CQC appear to consider this to be a high priority when undertaking surgery inspections. Attendance on this course, together with your practice protection policy document, should provide sufficient evidence that staff have undergone appropriate training. It is a CQC requirement that all staff (not just clinical) undergo such training. | ||
