Description | Impression Taking for DCP's - Title Impression taking for DCP's Description Additional skills dental nurse Training - Impression taking course for DCP's DCP's attending this part of the course will be required to attend an OSCE day 6 weeks later (30th June) - only those attending the 1st part of the course will be able to attend the OSCE 2. check prescriptions for patient for impression 3. prepare the surgery and patient for impression taking and bite registration 4. select and prepare materials to be used for the taking of dental impressions 5. use a safe technique to take accurate impressions ogf the patients jaws and register the bite to an appropiate standard 6. Be able to manage any complications that might occure during the procedure 7. ensure continunity of care for the patients | ||
