SubjectMiscellaneous
Description Back pain is a serious subject. Did you know that dentists are four times more likely than doctors to retire early on health grounds, with back and other musculoskeletal pains high on the list of causes? As a dual qualified osteopath (13 years) and dentist (20 years), I am uniquely placed to understand and advise on avoiding and treating back pain. Despite the serious content, this is an enjoyable course; with 20 practical tips, demonstrations and exercises (come prepared to move around, stand, kneel, lie down...). Some of you will even be stronger by the end of the day!
