Description | An afternoon course for all practice staff on innovative leadership for dental teams. Our presenters have a wide range of knowledge and experience across the dental world, education and the business environment. Paul Kelly is a GDP from Dorset who is currently working towards a PhD in health service innovation at Birmingham University. Danielle Wootton has vast experience lecturing in business management, strategy and human resource management. Our tutors say that “Leadership has featured prominently in the GDC’s consultation on revalidation, and the ability to lead is referred to in the CQC’s Essential Standards. But what is leadership, and how do you do it? This course aims to demystify the subject and provide you with some answers.” The course runs from 14.00 to approximately 17.00 providing 3.0 hours of CPD. Registration is from 13.00 when there will be a buffet style lunch. | ||||
