DescriptionThis day-long course explores the theory behind musculo-skeltal strain especially with regard to back pain and what the dental team can do to ensure this is not a problem for you! Optimal surgery design, working patterns and physical fitness will be examined to see their contribution to minimising back problems. The day will involve a Pilates exercise and relaxation class so delegates are advised to wear trousers and loose clothing.
