Description | This lecture based course will demonstrate the way that dentists are monitored by various bodies such as the CQC, GDC and PCTs and the reasons for this monitoring. Proposed CQC inspection plans will be discussed and risk profiled. The importance of good record keeping will be discussed and what good records should contain, along with the role of records in a patient complaint and how the CQC uses records to demonstrate compliance with its outcomes. | ||
