Description | This is an evening seminar covering aspects of financial planning for retirement and although the target audience is primarily dentists, this may be of interest to other members of the dental team. The course will run between 18.30 - 20.30 with registration and a cold buffet from 18.00. Our speaker says that this is a very important time for dentists deciding between the "old" and "new" NHS Pension Schemes. He will also cover other aspects of financial planning for retirement including practice valuations. Mark Horsey is principal of Dental Money Management and gives around 20 postgraduate lectures each year. | ||

Aims | The aims of the course are to discuss:- The NHS Pension Schemes Pension planning from private earnings How to build an investment portfolio and avoid higher rate income tax How to value a dental practice
There will be a question and answer session at the end of the session however participants will also be encouraged to ask questions during the evening. | ||
