To review and rehearse practice plans dealing with medical emergencies and rehearse scenarios to deal with such common emergencies.

3. the basic emergency drugs and equipment the practice should hold
4. how to work as a team during a crisis
5. guidelines for formulating a medical emergencies plan for the practice
