SubjectOral and maxillofacial surgery
DescriptionAlex is a GDP in Bristol and has been providing Oral Surgery in Hospital and Practice for over 20 years. In addition to his own patients, he treats both NHS and Private patients on referral. Since the inception of the North Bristol MOS Contract which he was awarded in 2010, he has treated over three and a half thousand patients for routine oral surgery procedures with and without IV sedation who otherwise would have been referred to hospital. This online session is designed to share his perspective on oral surgery in practice. In doing so he aims to encourage GDPs to carry out routine procedures by using a systematic approach to treatment.
