Aims

To familiarise dentists with a special interest in orthodontics on the recent advances in orthodontic bracket design and techniques predominantly for the adult patient

Objectives
  • At the end of the meeting the dentist should be aware of the different types of orthodontic appliances currently available
  • To be able to understand the importance of matching technique used to individual patient needs
  • To understand the limitations of the various appliances and systems in current use
