| Additional information | In person sessions covering the platitudes of the QI World including “Fundamentals of Improvement” and “A3 Thinking” with a session about “Leadership in Healthcare”. Session to take place in Level 1 Lecture Theatre, Bristol Eye Hospital, Lower Maudlin Street, Bristol, Avon, BS1 2LX. Unfortunately, food and drinks will not be provided however, time has been allocated for coffee and lunch break. Participants are welcome to bring their own food or can get food from some of the restaurants/shops near the course venue. Please bear in mind that Bristol is very congested this time of the year and the traffic may impact on your journey. Plan to arrive ahead of your start time to avoid disrupting the training programme and missing out on important training.
